About the Role
- Location: Mordialloc
- Pay Rates: $37.16/hr
- Shifts: Afternoon 2pm -10pm
We're looking for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy recycling company. You'll run and monitor extrusion, moulding, or compounding machines, ensuring products meet quality and production targets. Temp to perm for the right person - this is your chance for a long-term role! What You'll Do:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery
- Conduct quality checks and maintain production standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Follow strict safety procedures
What You Need:
- Previous experience in plastics or manufacturing
- Forklift licence is a must
- Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
