High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions. Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts. Understanding of electronic data collection systems and basic computer software. Ability to make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision. Experience: Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts is a plus.
