Machine Operator - Tower

Machine Operator – Tower (Continental Shift: 7am‑7pm or 7pm‑7am)

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to work on our Tower equipment during 12‑hour continental shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to maintain production quality, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Study the Product Run Log Sheet to identify all production specifications.
• Safely operate start‑up and shut‑down of the machine.
• Visually verify settings to ensure constant speed and smooth running.
• Select and install S bars and chemicals according to specification sheets and obtain the correct mixing solution from the mixing department.
• Ensure rolls wind properly on support bars, place rolls in designated storage, and label them accurately.
• Consult manufacturer’s manuals (SOPs, product setup forms, blueprints) to meet specific product requirements.
