MACHINE OPERATOR (PUNCHING)

Overview

Designation Machine Operator (Punch – CNC Turret Punch). Department: Production. Reporting Manager: Factory Manager. Location: Balakong, Selangor Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts
• Verify conformance of finished work piece to specification using precision instruments (Vernier, Micrometer)
• Responsible for operational activities relating to punching machines
• Liaise with Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth flow of material and component supply
• Improve and sustain housekeeping
• Support in training as and when required
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years direct working experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machine and in Metal Fabrication Industry.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances
