Salary: £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 12‑hour shifts, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off

HRGO Recruitment is looking for an experienced Machine Operator for a global firm manufacturing plastic packaging for major brands.
We’re seeking a logical, team‑player who can ensure our client’s fast‑paced production line runs smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and optimise EBM & Injection Moulding machines on‑site
- Execute the production schedule
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment as needed
- Carry out production changeovers, tool changes and start‑up processes
- Inspect finished products visually
