This is a crucial support role with the potential for long-term growth and becoming a permanent fixture in a supportive, safety-focused team.

Responsibilities
- Directly assist Machine Operators to maintain smooth production flow.
- Safely use hand tools and power tools as needed.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and other machines as assigned.
- Follow all SOPs, procedures, and safety standards (including WHMIS and required PPE).
