We are looking for an Machine Operator to join our growing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or vocational/technical certificate in Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience operating manufacturing or production machines; IC tray, plastic injection, or semiconductor-related experience is an advantage
• Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards
• Basic knowledge of machine operation, safety procedures, and production processes
• Willing to work in shifting schedules and fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned production machines according to work instructions and safety standards
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine checks before and during operation
