Machine Operator

Support and improve production procedures, processes, and operational controls

• Operate machines in accordance with Manufacturing Process Instructions and Work Instruction sheets
• Support and contribute to the improvement of production procedures, processes, and controls
• Achieve assigned production targets for quantity and quality
• Ensure product quality meets company standards, mission, and vision requirements
• Accurately record production output, downtime, and rejects
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Comply with EHS requirements, attend safety induction training, and actively identify workplace hazards to prevent incidents
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
