I'm currently partnering with a well-funded FinTech startup in Dubai that's building next-generation intelligent financial products across payments, risk, and trading analytics.

They're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who enjoys owning problems end-to-end — not just modelling, but deploying real ML systems that directly impact revenue and customer experience.

The Role

You'll sit at the intersection of ML, engineering, and product , working closely with data, backend, and platform teams to:

• Design & deploy production ML models (not just notebooks)
• Build scalable ML pipelines and feature stores
• Work on fraud detection, risk scoring, forecasting, and personalization problems
• Optimize model performance in real-time environments
