The team brings together business, operations, and technology stakeholders to co-design platforms that improve customer experience, streamline processes, and strengthen operational resilience.

The function supports enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts, enabling the move towards a more modern, future-state technology architecture. Teams collaborate across multiple global locations to design and build digital services that allow customers to onboard quickly, simply, and securely.

The remit covers onboarding products, platforms, and delivery approaches aligned to agile, client-focused ways of working. Solutions are used by a broad spectrum of customers, from large corporates to small businesses.
