Machine Attendant

Role Purpose: To support the smooth running of knitting machines by ensuring machines are properly set, supplied with yarns, kept clean, and minor issues are promptly reported. Key Responsibilities: Feed yarn into the machines as required. Ensure quality of socks i.e., regularly measuring stretch and sizes, ensure correct colors and designs. Maintain cleanliness and safety around assigned machines. Record basic production data accurately - fill in tags and summarize handover reports to the next attendant on shift. Support operators to meet daily production targets. Requirements Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Ability to stand for long hours. Attention to detail. Good communication skills. Willingness to learn and take instructions. Strong work ethic and ability to push yourself to meet targets
