Apple Macintosh Engineer to support the Client
Summary:
- Performs day today backend engineering support on MAC operating systems
- Interface with senior IMF personnel daily
- Responds and resolves end user issues that require advanced knowledge of Apple or iOS systems
- Updates status of SNOW queued service requests
- The responsibilities for the candidates in this role include but are not limited to the following
- Builds packages and administrations Mac OS and IOS devices through JAMF Pro and Intune
- Experience of migrating MAC devices from JAMP Pro to Intune
