We are seeking an experienced Senior L3 macOS Administrator to support and manage macOS environments across multiple enterprise clients in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setup.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Jamf Pro (on-prem and cloud) , Microsoft Intune , and macOS automation and packaging , with a focus on delivering reliable, secure, and efficient endpoint management solutions.
This role demands advanced troubleshooting, automation, and scripting abilities to ensure service excellence and compliance across diverse client infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Environment Management
- Manage multi-tenant Jamf Pro (both on-prem and cloud) and Microsoft Intune environments for multiple clients.
