Manpower is partnering with an international investment fund that is looking to expand its Barcelona team with an M&A Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the M&A Associate in drafting and structuring investment memorandums, teasers, and other materials required throughout the investment process.
• Conduct research on companies, sectors, and markets to back investment rationales and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the investment team to gather and consolidate all relevant information for each transaction.
• Maintain, review, and update investment documentation as deals progress through the pipeline.
