Job Title: Site Supervisor (FM - Electrical bias) Location: Victoria, London Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm Salary: £60,000 per annum + Overtime + Call out package Company: London Based Facilities Management Company About the Role: I am seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join my clients team, to be based at a large commercial building in Victoria. In this role, you will primarily oversee a team of 6 maintenance staff who perform maintenance tasks managed via PDA. You will spend 70% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership / supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary for technical support.
