M&E Manager

We are working in partnership with a reputable main contractor delivering a new residential care home development in Reading. They are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to join their senior delivery team on a permanent basis.

This is a key leadership role responsible for the coordination, installation, commissioning, and compliance of all mechanical and electrical services on a residential project, ensuring systems are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of all mechanical and electrical services on site

• Manage M&E subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and within budget

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of building services systems

• Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations, building standards, and project specifications
