THE COMPANY:

This company is an Australian MSP employing around 400 staff to provide IT support and Cyber Security services to SMB across Sydney.

  • Hybrid working- 3 days in, 2 days WFH (free parking available).
  • Mixture of on-site and remote support.
  • Multiple clients with up to 500 users.
  • Broad variety of work, ensuring no two days are the same.
  • Driver's licence required to travel on-site to clients.
  • ROLE SNAPSHOT:

    A varied role providing onsite and remote Level 2 IT support to SMB customers.

    You'll be involved in supporting, triaging and troubleshooting across hardware, software, servers, printers and network connectivity issues for multiple clients.
