About the Role
The responsibilities of the Senior Engineering Manager will encompass comprehensive project execution at existing customer sites, including promoting safety, achieving KPIs for quality, delivery, and cost, and managing project risks. You will also be accountable for financial oversight, managing team budgets, forecasting, and optimizing resource allocation. A core aspect of this role is people leadership: leading by example, mentoring managers, fostering talent development through coaching and training, and maintaining strong team communication.
