Job Role : - Low Code Engineer

Experience : - 3-5 Years
- Design, build, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions including call flows, queues, routing profiles, IVRs, and Contact Lens.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, Polly, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch) and external systems (e.g., Salesforce/CRM).
- Develop and maintain Lambda functions for real-time call processing and data integrations.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize call routing and customer experience.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance using Amazon Connect Metrics and analytics tools.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform).
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.
