Qualifications
- Perform daily Loss Prevention duties to ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and hotel property.
- Patrol hotel premises regularly to prevent theft, damage, or safety hazards.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities or irregularities promptly.
- Control parking areas and support traffic flow to ensure safety and order when required.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest assistance requests in a calm and professional manner.
- Assist in investigations and prepare accurate incident and daily security reports.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to support safety and security operations.
- Ensure compliance with Accor safety standards, hotel policies, and local regulations.
