About the Role
- Perform day-to-day monitoring of transactions within the Digital platform Ecommerce platforms , EPOS and Supply Chain solutions to identify potential fraud cases
- Working alongside key business stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose business process improvements, in order to achieve delivery of enhancements to meet those needs.
- Play an active role in identifying problems, proposing solutions, implementing changes, and measuring results using data
- Implement early warning systems to identify new types of suspect behaviour and adapt business processes to allow them to be actioned at the earliest possible stage.
- Procative monitoring of order flows, including out of hours, to ensure that potential risks are addressed in a timely mannor.
