About the Role

Develop and execute a scalable, data-driven influencer marketing strategy for total division to maximize efficiency and ROI
Cultivate and maintain relationships with a diverse network of influencers and KOL agencies to build a strong talent pool for various campaign needs
Establish comprehensive local influencer marketing guidelines, toolkits, and SOP to ensure consistent and effective execution 
Design and manage an influencer database and campaign tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and provide regular performance report
Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and business development teams to seamlessly integrate influencer marketing plans into the one division marketing strategy.
Continuously monitor local influencer trends, competitor activities, and proactively refine our influencer engagement models to maintain a competitive edge.
