Long Term Planner

We are seeking a Long-Term Planner based in Brisbane to support the delivery of effective, achievable maintenance plans across our QLD sites. This role is critical in ensuring major maintenance planning is achieved proactively, efficiently, and in line with the Emeco Maintenance Strategy.

About the Role

Working within a rolling 6 month to 12-week planning horizon, you will:

• Develop long- and medium-term maintenance plans for major component events and return to work assets.
• Balance labour availability, component supply, asset condition, and budget constraints
• Work with both internal and external teams to monitor and provide completed component reports
• Maintain the Long-Term Plan with clear documentation, while working with approved plans to Short-Term planning for execution
