Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations and workforce in compliance with company policies.
• Lead and support teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and failure-free operations.
• Plan manpower, delegate tasks, and drive productivity through strong teamwork and leadership.
• Handle operational issues, urgent shipments, and customer escalations professionally.
• Monitor KPI performance (customer & internal) and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate work schedules during peak periods, festive seasons, and customer shutdowns.
• Support cost control, reporting, contingency planning, and operational execution.
• Work closely with HODs, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure SOP compliance and customer satisfaction.
