Logistics Transportation Coordinator Position

Reporting to the Senior Transportation Manager, the Transportation Coordinator ensures the effective execution of transportation processes and compliance with company policies. You will be responsible for training vendors on system usage, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate data entry. Your organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail will drive improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and improve service level agreements weekly
• Train vendors on Tow App and ensure compliance
• Complete Tow Vendor Updates for branches
• Assist with managing document compliance
• Generate monthly fuel surcharge/tow cost reports
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in logistics or administration
