About the Role
Warehouse Operations & Client Liaison:
- Act as the main point of contact between warehouse operations and clients for all daily activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding inventory status, order fulfillment, and operational updates.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with client requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and operational updates to clients.
WMS Management:
- Utilize WMS effectively to track inventory, manage inbound/outbound processes, and generate operational reports.
- Train and support team members in WMS functionalities as needed.
- Identify opportunities to optimize WMS usage for efficiency and accuracy.
