Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the logistics and warehousing teams, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products and deliveries
• Develop and implement effective inventory management and control systems to optimize storage and distribution
• Manage and motivate the logistics team, providing training, guidance and support to drive high performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a logistics or supply chain environment
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets
• Experience managing teams of 10-20 logistics and warehouse staff across multiple shifts
