Logistics Supervisor

Description

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for end-to-end execution, control, and performance of Logistics operations in his/her assigned region.

This role leads the full regional logistics team, ensures cost accuracy, operational discipline, and service performance, while enforcing SAP transaction quality and compliance.

This is a supervisory and decision-making role, not an execution or clerical position.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in a logistics supervisory or leadership role

Proven experience in operational logistics execution

Feed or agri-industry experience is a strong advantage

Skills

Strong people management and decision-making ability

Very comfortable with computers and systems

SAP experience is a strong plus (can learn, but must be system-savvy)

Strong analytical mindset for cost control and reconciliation
