Logistics Specialist

1. Daily operation with 3PL warehouse to give instructions on stock releasing, order pick & pack and delivery arrangement to operate sales and service order.
2. Monthly statement processing and invoicing to 3PL suppliers.
3. Work closely with delivery provider to ensure timely delivery to local customers.
4. Check and submit payment expenses from all logistics suppliers (3PL, broker, freight for-wards etc.) and provide accurate tracking reports for management review.
5. Facilitate with forwarder and customs broker to manage customs clearance for inbound and outbound shipments
6. Conduct inventory control process by instructing 3PL to perform weekly/ monthly cycle counts to assure inventory accuracy.
7. Perform stock reconciliation between SAP system and 3PL warehouse system
8. To prepare logistics related reports for management review.

Education
- Bachelor degree or above, in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, So...
