About the Role
- Provide logistics operations support in compliance with related policies and external regulations.
- Support vendor import, export and in-region transfer shipments in Asia.
- Communicate and execute logistics process with vendors, carriers, and XFNs, prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List and other shipping related documents if needed.
- Support to prepare product data sheet and obtain HTS codes by coordinating with vendors, ENG/TPM/EPS and TradeOps, facilitate with classification and importation check communications.
- Operate OTM system to tender out shipments to forwarders, check and maintain correct tendering data, support to resolve data issues.
- Support shipment importation and in-region transfer by coordinating with vendors, brokers, carriers and XFNs, facilitate to collect shipment documents, and communicate regional importation process.
