Key Responsibilities: Review sales orders and coordinate inbound and outbound shipment bookings alongside Customer Service and Planning teams Manage UK and export shipments via road, sea, and air freight, including groupage consignments Create detailed loading plans to maximise vehicle and container utilisation Maintain and update daily warehouse loading schedules, ensuring clear communication of any changes Generate inventory picking instructions in line with shipment requirements Obtain, compare, and analyse carriage quotations to support commercial decision-making Maintain transport and shipping cost records and spreadsheets Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements acros...
