About the Role
**Job Description Summary**
As a 3PL Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that inventory at our third-party logistics providers (3PL’s and LSPs) remains accurate, aligned, and healthy. You’ll act as the key operational link between BD and its logistics partners, managing replenishment flows, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining stock integrity.
This role comes at an exciting time of transformation, as BD is currently implementing SAP S/4HANA across its operations. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and eager to explore and finetune new processes. You’ll help shape the future of our logistics operations by identifying improvement opportunities and driving change in a dynamic environment.
You will monitor and evaluate the efficiency of supply chain processes, track service levels and KPIs, and support compliance activities such as SOX-related cycle counts.
