Logistics Procurement Specialist

Job Description :

Report to: National Procurement Manager

• Work with purchase requestors: distribution/warehouse/manufacturing/logistics to understand supply specification
• Build procurement Plan quarterly & Establish appropriate POV
• Collect market information / intelligence about categories to understand available supply
• base; assess risks and opportunities to propose the best supply source
• Analyze Monthly Cost Matrix applied in each area/each supplier
• Quarterly evaluate current suppliers and search for potential suppliers
• Negotiate with suppliers; evaluate and determine the best proposal to submit for approval
• Frequently update changes in annex & system to prepare & update contracts accordingly
• Create and maintain info record and contracts in SAP for all active logistics activities
• File professional report to Manager; consult Manager on any difficulties & issues.
