About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Leads and directs the Sales Operations group for its day-to-day operations from the entry of order and its fulfillment and works on process improvements to achieve the business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Sets and aligns order management process and standards with Sales/Customers/Supply Chain team to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitors supply availability on regular basis across all regions and highlights excess and shortfalls.
- Provides assessment and study of least cost and effective way of delivering goods to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-5 yrs experience as Sales Operations Supervisor
