Logistics Operations Specialist

OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION

The Logistics Operations Specialist supports the Warehouse Manager and Director Procurement and Logistics in ensuring the efficient execution of logistics and warehouse operations.

It serves as a key link between management and operational teams, supporting in a first phase process stabilization and in a second phase the transition to continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for:

·Identifying and resolving operational issues

·Maintaining documentation updated

·Coordinating training activities for warehouse and logistics personnel

·Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
