About the Role
Manages the day-to-day routing and planning in the distribution of shipments within domestics area.
Plans, implements and directs team in delivering service commitments based on agreed lead-time
Works hand in hand with Customer Service and Sales Department towards acheival of KPI
Monitors and guides operations staff, provides feedback, counsels and advices team members and associates, evaluates performances and ensures all operational performance measures are met
Evaluates physical conditions of Fleet to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Prepares and submits daily and weekly report/update to Senior Operations Manager
With at least 5yrs relevant experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Freight Forwarding
Onsite work requirement to be assigned in Pasig, City
