Logistics Operations Delivery Head

Role Purpose

The Logistics Operations Delivery Head is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end logistics operations delivery within the GBS organization in Manila. This role ensures high-quality, efficient, compliant, and scalable service delivery across logistics processes, while driving operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, continuous improvement, digital transformation, and people development.

The role operates within a matrix structure , with a solid reporting line to the Center Head and a dotted reporting line to the GBS Logistics Operations Tower Head . In this capacity, the incumbent is accountable for local service delivery leadership in Manila while aligning with the global logistics operations strategy, performance expectations, governance standards, and best practice frameworks defined by the Tower.
