About the Role
Mission
- Assist in overseeing the end-to-end logistics for all offshore equipment ordered for the project, from arrival monitoring to final delivery at the warehouse.
- Assist in managing the customs clearance process by preparing and submitting required Bureau of Customs (BOC) documentation in coordination with the third-party Customs Brokerage Company.
- Coordinate transportation of customs-released equipment to ensure its safe and timely delivery to the designated warehouse.
- Act as back-up point of contact for external logistics vendors, specifically the Customs Brokerage and Trucking Companies.
