3.Duties and Responsibilities:
•Liaising and negotiating rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers to ensure the goods flow.
•Being in charge of preparing the shipping documents required for each shipment.
•Performing follow-up and tracking activities to determine shipment status. Resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports customs formalities in Vietnam as well as in destination countries (if any).
•Identifying and set up warehousing facilities as required ensuring that contracts, leases, and other agreements are properly prepared and updated to meet company needs.
•Keeping records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc, and preparing accurate reports for upper management.
•Offer assistance to peers as required.
