About the Role

Job Description
Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with our client to support the recruitment of a Logistics & Material Specialist for a 1-year contract based in Calgary, Alberta. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in material expediting, logistics coordination, or procurement within the oil & gas industry. 

Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the manufacturing or assembly processes of procured materials or complex engineered equipment.
Monitor Supplier progress against planned schedules; obtain updates on key milestones and maintain the Material Status Report (MSR) for distribution to Business Unit clients.
Track sub-supplier progress as required.
Collaborate with Business Unit clients to verify and align material required-on-site (ROS) dates.
Confirm Supplier’s ready-to-ship (RTS) dates and ensure alignment...
