About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to support the Global Logistics Director in managing end-to-end logistics bid processes (RFPs/RFQs), vendor coordination, commercial evaluation, and global stakeholder alignment. This role will also handle PO creation and procurement operations for the India Business Unit.
Roles & Responsibilities
Bid Management & Execution
Lead and manage end-to-end logistics bid cycles including planning, launch, timeline tracking, and submission management.
Coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
Act as the primary vendor contact for clarifications and requirement adherence.
Ensure governance, confidentiality, and compliance with procurement policies.
Bid Analysis & Commercial Evaluation
Conduct detailed commercial and cost analyses including rate benchmarking, cost structures, surcharges, and TCO.
