Responsibilities

• Ensure that warehouse and trucks are safe, clean and well organized.
• Ensure that stores are supplied on time with the correct volume of goods.
• Take all steps necessary for having lowest possible shrinkage and extremely low cost.
• Responsible for having the highest possible productivity.
• Recruit all warehouse personnel and takes decisions for their dismissal.
• Decide on job advertisements for his area.
• Decide on the number of employees in each department.
• Decide on salaries and bonuses according to the company's salary policy.
• Decide on the delivery schedule of each store together with Sales Manager.
• Decide on the vacations of his direct reports and their deputies.
• Decide on investments in warehouse equipment up to $15,000.00.
• Decide on all expenses and repairs up to $2,000.00.
