Logistics Management Trainee – Honors Graduate Program

The Management Trainee for Logistics & Warehousing will undergo a structured program to develop future leaders in supply chain operations. The role provides hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and distribution, supporting daily operations while monitoring KPIs and ensuring safety compliance. The trainee will analyze data, participate in process improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gradually take on leadership responsibilities to prepare for managing warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate is a Latin honors graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and willing to work in warehouse environments with rotational shifts. Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and leadership potential are a plus.
