- Support daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order and shipment processes.
- Manage customer orders (20–30 shipments per day) and coordinate deliveries via FedEx.
- Handle inbound and outbound goods, including system transactions and transfers.
- Assist the repair center by coordinating spare parts, processing returns, and verifying repaired units.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate data and reporting.
