Job Summary

The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing daily logistics operations, including transportation planning, delivery scheduling, documentation, and close coordination with internal teams, transporters, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely execution.
• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to arrange daily deliveries and collections.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain logistics-related documents such as delivery orders, consignment notes, permits, and shipping documents.
• Monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays.
