Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Task Execution & Order Follow-up
Order Posting & Tracking
Consolidate and report the total number of orders posted in the system on a daily basis.
Create and maintain a clear tracking record in the TMS for each order.
Monitor daily order status, including:
Orders already assigned to vehicles
Orders pending vehicle assignment and expected dispatch time
Dispatch & Delivery Follow-up
Follow up with fleet partners to ensure timely vehicle arrival and delivery.
Ensure drivers upload clear and complete Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to the TMS.
Review POD quality and accuracy; reject and request re-submission for incomplete or non-compliant documents.
2. Status Classification & Daily Review
Closed Orders
Verify and summarize the number and details of orders with completed PODs on the same day.
Ensure all delivery documents are complete and properly recorded in the system.
