Logistics Customer Service Representative

RemoteVA PH is looking for a Logistics Customer Service Representative to be the vital link between our clients and warehouse operations. In this role, you'll ensure timely and accurate order processing, routing, and shipping — especially to wholesalers and retailers. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every order is delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for assigned clients: handle inquiries and provide real-time updates on orders, inventory, and shipping
• Coordinate routing of orders to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners — ensuring all compliance and routing guides are followed
