Position Title: Logistics Coordinator
Position Reports To:Senior Project Manager
Position Summary
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible formanagement of the procurement, delivery, inventory control, and on-site distribution of all project materials. The Logistics Coordinator ensures the accuracy of all project materials, quantities, and delivery times —supporting efficient workflow, cost control, and schedule adherence.
Essential Functions
Order insulation materials through vendors and coordinate delivery throughout project.
Manage onsite insulation supply for DC-1,3,5,6,7 to ensure material is available project is not delayed because of material shortages
Inventory material upon receiving delivery at site to ensure all items listed on bill of lading have been received.
Address any material discrepancies with the applicable vendor
