ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a senior-level customer service professional who leads by example. This role is not a supervisor initially, but it is a key influencer within the team—someone who understands our goals, supports daily execution, and helps shape a strong customer-focused culture. As the team grows, this role may take on additional responsibilities such as coaching, onboarding, and supporting leadership initiatives.
