Job Summary

Arrowhead Logistics Services is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator – Domestic Freight Forwarding to manage and oversee domestic cargo movements across the Philippines. The role focuses on coordinating shipments via land, sea, and air while ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor domestic freight shipments nationwide (trucking, RoRo, sea freight, and air freight)
• Arrange bookings with carriers, trucking providers, and local agents
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and internal teams
• Prepare, verify, and process domestic shipping documents such as BOLs, delivery receipts, and charge invoices
• Ensure proper coordination with warehouses, ports, and terminals
• Negotiate rates and select cost-effective transport solutions
